Individual Agent of the Year Awards

A small number of individual awards have been retained to honour those who have particularly excelled, and these are open for agents and agencies to nominate colleagues and staff who they feel are worthy of recognition not just for their professional performance, but for their wider efforts to support partners, their teams, customers and communities.

Again, the process has been streamlined with nominations limited to 300 words and a final judging process taking place virtually to fit with shortlisted agents' schedules. All nominated categories will be judged by a panel of independent judges. Shortlisted agents will be asked to confirm they are happy to take part, with judging taking place w/c July 12.

Young Leisure Agent of the Year

Honouring nominated agents 20 years of age and under on the entry deadline date June 24, 2021, operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be invited to a appear before a judging panel.

Please supply an initial nomination of no more than 300 words (plus attachments if relevant), explaining why your nominated young agent should be considered for the award. Please include reference to role within the business and performance over the past 18 months, including professional performance and attitude, support of partners (eg training and engagement), support for colleagues and engagement with customers and the community.

Leisure Agent of the Year

Honouring nominated agents operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be invited to appear before a judging panel.

Leisure Manager of the Year

Honouring agents operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home, and managing staff within their business. A shortlist will be invited to a appear before a judging panel.

Please supply an initial nomination of no more than 300 words (plus attachments if relevant), explaining why your nominated manager should be considered for the award. Please include reference to role within the business and performance over the past 18 months, focusing on their leadership and support for team members, mentoring and training, innovation and any relevant activity with partners, customers and the community.

Agency Support Team Member of the Year

Honouring agency staff operating in non-front line or support roles for agencies in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be drawn up and assessed by a judging panel (based on nominations only, no interviews).

Please include reference to role within the business and performance over the past 18 months, focusing on their support for colleagues and any relevant activity with partners, customers and the community.
