Individual Agent of the Year Awards
Honouring those individuals who have particularly excelled in the past year, these awards are open for agents and agencies to nominate colleagues and staff who they feel are worthy of recognition not just for their professional performance, but for their wider efforts to support partners, their teams, customers and communities.
The deadline for nominations and entries is
Wednesday, April 30
and shortlisted candidates in the Young Leisure Agent, Leisure Agent and Leisure Manager of the Year categories will be invited to a virtual interview with a judging panel in the week commencing
June 2
.
Young Leisure Agent of the Year
Open to agents 20 years of age and under on the entry deadline date (April 30), operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home.

Leisure Agent of the Year - High Street
Open to agents operating in high street/retail estates.
|
|
Leisure Agent of the Year - Home or Call Centre-Based
Open to agents working primarily from home or in call centres.
|
|
Leisure Manager of the Year
Open to agents operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home, and managing staff within their business.

|
Agency Support Team Member of the Year
Honouring agency staff operating in non-front line or support roles for agencies in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be drawn up and assessed by a judging panel (based on nominations only, no interviews).

|
Mental Health Matters Award
Nominated by the named individual or the nominee’s agency. Open to any agent or agency staff member operating on the high street, call centre, online or from home.

Business Excellence Awards
All self-nominated and nominated categories will be judged by a panel of independent judges. The deadline for entries is Wednesday, April 30.
Shortlisted candidates in the One to Watch and Best Agency to Work For categories will be invited to a virtual interview with a judging panel. J udging will take place in the week commencing June 2 .
One to Watch Award
Open to any agent or agency operating on the high street, call centre, online or from home, which has been operating as a standalone business for less than 24 months on the deadline date of April 30. |

Best Agency to Work for - Large
Open to travel agencies operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home. The cut-off point for small agency is a total of three branches or more than 19 total sales staff in any channel and the cut-off for medium agency is 15 branches or between 20 and 74 total sales staff. Any nominated agency with 1-3 total branches or fewer than 19 total sales staff will be counted in the small category, those with 4-15 branches or 20-74 total sales staff will be included in the medium agency category, and those with 16 or more total branches or more than 75 total sales staff will be counted as large. |
