WHEN CAN ENTRIES BE SUBMITTED?
Entries can be submitted in the self nominating categories until 5th April 2018 at 5pm. The Aspire Awards are open until 15th April 2018 at 5pm.
IS THERE A CHARGE TO SUBMIT AN ENTRY?
There is absolutely no charge to submit an entry. Several categories can be entered providing the submissions follow the set entry criteria.
WHEN WILL THE SHORTLIST BE ANNOUNCED?
The shortlist for each category is scheduled to be announced in Travel Weekly issue 10th May. Shortlisted agents in the Individual Agent award categories will be requested for interview with an industry panel on Friday 4th May at Travel Weekly offices.
WHEN WILL THE WINNERS BE ANNOUNCED?
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony.

HOW DO I BOOK TICKETS FOR THE EVENT?
Simply click on the 'Book Your place' button on this website and complete the online form. An invoice can be requested on the online booking form for payment to be via cheque or BACS; there is a credit card payment option which can be selected at the time of booking only. Please note credit card payments cannot be made if the invoice option is chosen at time of booking.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET/S AND GUEST LIST FORM?
An e-ticket and a guest list form will be sent to you approximately two weeks before the event. Guest details will appear on display boards at the ceremony detailing table numbers on the night. Please note that name place cards are not provided.
WHO DO I NOTIFY TO PRE-ORDER ADDITIONAL BEVERAGES OR IF A GUEST HAS SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Please indicate these on your additional beverages and special dietary order form which you will receive via email with the e-ticket. All requests must be received by the Park Plaza at least 7 working days prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be taken care of.
