Can be high street, call centre, web or homeworking agencies, which sell cruise holidays. The cut-off point for small agency is fewer than 50 sales staff. Any agency with more than 50 sales staff will be included in the large agency category.

Call Centre Agency

Open to any agency with a sizeable call centre operation – supporting high street, web or print-led operations.

Online Agency 

Open to any agency with a sizeable web operation – including bookable websites and those serviced by call centres.

Homeworking Agency

Any agency employing more than 25 agents

High Street Agency (Small and Large)

Open to any agency with a high street presence. The cut-off point for small agency is 11 branches. Any agency with 12 or more branches will be included in the large agency categories.
